The Beginning

I'm writing a blog.  I can now share my infinate wisdom with the world.  Experts say the first thing I need to decide on when starting a blog is a topic to blog about.   I've decided to write about anything and everything that I find interesting - that should narrow it down.  The second thing to be decided on is how long it should take someone to read it.  "Why is that important?", you might ask.  Well, it's important because I'm busy and I'm sure you are too and if you aren't, you should be and hopefully reading my blog will inspire you to get off your lazy butt and accomplish a thing or two.  My hope is that whatever I decide to write about will only take 6 minutes or less of your time to read, hence the title "Give Me 6".  Since I am an expert on absolutely nothing, the topics in which I will discuss will certainly vary across a wide range of important issues.  A few things I do know a little about are marriage, children, friends, owning a business and pets.  You can expect to read a thing or two in those arenas on a pretty regular basis.  I will simply be sharing my thoughts and feelings and personal opinions.  You might agree with me and you might not, I wont care either way.  I wont be forcing any religious or political views in your face and I don't plan on bashing any particular group.  I do hope that whatever I write about will bring a smile to your face and you will enjoy the humor and fun in which this blog is intended to offer.  My goal is to blog weekly, on Sundays.  However don't be surprised to find a new posting mid-week.  You never know what could spark an idea for the next great blog topic.  That's just how I roll.
